摘要:本论文主要论述了以二苯基二甲氧基硅烷、苯基三甲氧基硅烷、甲基苯基环体、含氢环体为主要原料,采用不同的配比,用含氢双封头作封端剂,浓硫酸作催化剂,甲苯作溶剂,制备得含氢硅油。测试粘度和折光率,以及含氢硅油与乙烯基硅油配比固化成膜之后各项性能的影响,并实验了用含氢硅油与乙烯基硅油相互作用固化交联后的各项性能,如粘度和折光率,进一步讨论了含氢硅油在LED高透密封胶中的应用,制得了三种不同结构的含氢硅油。结果表明,含氢硅油的不同配方对成膜固化物的性能有较大影响。21316 毕业论文关键词:LED;含氢硅油;粘度;折光率

Abstract:This article mainly discusses the preparation of hydrogen silicone oil by diphenyl dimethoxy silane and trimethoxy silane, methyl phenyl ring, ring of hydrogen as the main raw materials, using different proportions, with hydrogen dual head as sealing agent, concentrated sulfuric acid as catalyst, and toluene as solvent. Measuring the viscosity and refractive index, and properties of silicone oil containing hydrogen and the ratio of vinyl silicone oil after curing film forming. And experiment with interaction with vinyl silicone oil containing hydrogen silicone oil after crosslinking curing properties, such as viscosity and refractive index, further discusses the containing hydrogen silicone oil in LED high through the application of sealant, with three different structures containing hydrogen silicone oil. Different formula of film forming of hydrogen silicone curing performance has a decisive role.
