Abstract
The development of inverter welding power source is introduced, the control method of arc welding power source.A validation of gas shielded welding machine control method of test, the NBC 500 welding machine. Understand the inverter type welding power supply, inverter power drive circuit and main circuit of inverter power supply control circuit and the characteristics of wire feed circuit and working principle of measuring their waveform. To go deeper into the control of the welding process.
In the trial, aimed mainly at NBC 500 welding machine, measuring the power supply of arc welding power source external characteristic and dynamic characteristic, according to the waveform diagram, analyze the control method of welding machine.
