摘要:本文采用脉冲真空电弧离子镀分别在2618铝合金和高速钢表面制备了CrC涂层。电弧离子镀具有操作简便、涂层质量好、膜基结合力高等优点。镀制好的CrC涂层的表征利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、金相显微镜对涂层的表面形貌进行了观察;利用纳米压痕仪对涂层硬度进行了测定;利用摩擦磨损试验机对材料的摩擦磨损性能进行了分析;利用电化学工作站分析了材料的耐腐蚀性能。

研究结果表明:高速钢基CrC涂层的表面形貌均匀致密,而铝合金基体的CrC涂层由于铝基体发生融化,表面较粗糙,有大颗粒出现。高速钢基体的CrC涂层对基体有良好的增加耐磨性、降低摩擦系数的作用,对耐腐蚀性的提高也比较明显;而铝基体的CrC涂层对增加基体的耐磨性的作用很小,对耐腐蚀性能也没有提高。可以得知在高速钢基体上镀制CrC涂层比在铝合金基体有着显著的差异,前者能大幅增加基体的耐磨性和耐腐蚀性能。

Abstract:In this paper, CrC films were prepared on 2618 aluminum alloy and high speed steel by pulsed vacuum arc ion plating. The arc ion plating has the advantages of simple operation, good coating quality and high bonding ability of the film. To characterize the coated CrC coatings,the surface morphology of the films was observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and metallographic microscope. The hardness of the films was measured by Nano indentation. The friction and wear properties of the materials were analyzed by friction and wear tester. The chemical workstations analyzed the corrosion resistance of the material.

The results show that the CrC coating of the high-speed steel-based CrC coating is uniform and dense, while the CrC coating of the aluminum alloy matrix is roughened and the large particles appear. The CrC coating of the high speed steel matrix has a good effect on the wear resistance and the friction coefficient of the substrate, and the corrosion resistance is also obvious. The effect of the CrC coating of the aluminum matrix on the wear resistance of the matrix is small, the corrosion resistance did not improve. It can be seen that the CrC coating on the high speed steel substrate has a significant difference compared with that in the aluminum alloy matrix, which can greatly increase the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the substrate.
