摘要:纳米羟基锡酸锌因其优越的性能已经在很多行业的应用上大量投入使用,又使用激 光液相烧蚀法制备的纳米羟基锡酸锌展现出了比其他方式制备的纳米羟基锡酸锌更优越 的性能,因而液相激光烧蚀法制备纳米羟基锡酸锌已经成为当前研究的热点。本文为研 究激光液相烧蚀法过程与机理,以 Zn 靶,Sn 靶两块金属靶为实验对象,采用 1064nm 波 长的 Nd:YAG 激光器对两块金属靶进行激光液相烧蚀,并在实验过程中采用 CCD 相机对 实验细节进行拍照。通过设置不同参数,进行多次实验,以求得各种参数对激光液相烧 蚀法制备纳米羟基锡酸锌过程与机理的影响,并对实验所获得样品进行表征。通过本次 实验,得出了激光液相烧蚀法制备氧化物纳米羟基锡酸锌的过程与机理,并对其影响因 素做出了总结。

Title Study on the process and mechanism of nanomaterials generated by laser ablation in liquids solution

Abstract:Nano-hydroxy stannate have shown advantages in many industries because of their superior properties. The Nano-hydroxy stannate prepared by laser liquid ablation have shown superior performance over other Nano-hydroxy stannate. Laser ablation of nanomaterials has become a hot topic. In order to study the process and mechanism of laser liquid phase ablation process, two metal targets of Zn target and Sn target were used as experimental objects. Two metal targets were laser ablated by Nd: YAG laser with 1064nm wavelength. The process of using the CCD camera to take pictures of the details of the experiment. The effects of various parameters on the process and mechanism of the preparation of Nano-hydroxy stannate by laser liquid phase ablation were studied by setting different parameters. The samples were characterized by experiments. Through this experiment, the process and mechanism of the preparation of oxide nanoparticles by laser liquid phase ablation were obtained, and the influencing factors were summarized.
