摘要本论文中,利用三水醋酸钠(SAT)溶液的过饱和溶液在晶核促进作用下的相变蓄能机制,制备出适合与婴儿足跟贴用的材料。通过调节SAT溶液的过饱和度,SAT的初始温度;通过溶液中添加成核剂九水硅酸钠(Na2SiO3•9H2O)和分散剂羟甲基纤文素钠(CMC)改善SAT的缓慢放热模型;同时通过金相显微镜观察SAT在成核过程中的晶核变化。结果表明:当SAT的过饱和度为4.7时,溶液相变的初始温度为43.6℃,适合于婴儿使用;当加入质量分数为0.031%的CMC时,放热最高温度为45.6℃;放热持续时间延长,并且溶液的稳定性提高。这主要归结于结晶成核的晶粒尺寸为最小,分散剂可以减慢结晶速度,延长放热时间。27727 毕业论文关键词: 相变材料;三水醋酸钠;成核剂;分散剂
Abstract
In this paper, The use of sodium acetate trihydrate (SAT) supersaturated solution in the nucleus to promote transformation under the action of the energy storage mechanism solution. Prepared the materials for baby heel used,By adjusting the solution supersaturation of SAT,The initial temperature of SAT. By adding nucleating agent nine aqueous sodium silicate (Na2SiO3•9H2O) and dispersant sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) in the solution to improve the slow exothermic model SAT. At the same time, through the microscope observation of SAT’s process changes the crystal nucleus in the nucleation. The results showed that: When the degree of supersaturation of SAT was 4.7, the initial temperature of the solution phase is 43.6℃,suitable for baby use. When adding mass fraction of CMC was 0.031%, the highest temperature is 45.6℃ centigrade heat release, The heat release duration get longer , and the solution stability improved. This is mainly due to the crystal grain size for the smallest into nuclear, dispersant agent can slow down the crystallization rate, prolong the time of heat release.
