摘要本文采用生物纤文(棉花)为模板,通过浸渍、干燥、烧结一系列程序制备氧化铁与氧化铝纤文材料。因为不同的浸渍浓度、浸渍时间、烧结温度对纤文的微观形貌影响很大,为保证最大限度保留棉花纤文的形貌本实验对三个实验变量分别进行制样观察,最后得出能保留棉花纤文的最佳浸渍浓度、浸渍时间与烧结温度。在确定最佳变量时采用的是SEM观察形貌,同时为确定烧结产物是否为氧化铁与氧化铝又采用了XRD测试。在最佳试样制备完成后进行了EDS测试,从而确定陶瓷纤文的隔热效果。30094

Title Research of Heat-insulating Ceramic Fibers Derived from the Biologic Fibers Template
Abstract
The subject used biologic fibers (cottin) as the biological template, by dipping, drying, firing a series of procedures for preparing iron oxide and alumina fiber material. Because different impregnation concentration, dipping time, sintering temperature on the microstructure of the fiber is large, in order to ensure maximum retention of cotton fiber morphology of the experiment of the three experimental variables were observed sample preparation, the conclusion that can be retained cotton best impregnated fiber concentration, dipping time and the sintering temperature. In determining the best variable used is SEM observation of morphology, as well as to determine whether the sintered product of iron oxide and aluminum oxide has adopted the XRD tests. After completion of the optimal sample preparation test DSC-TG analysis, infrared spectroscopy, thermal conductivity detector and a series of tests to determine the effect of ceramic fiber insulation.
