摘要本文利用ANSYS有限元软件对1.0mm+1.0mm镀锌钢板进行点焊模拟,通过正交试验分别选取优化焊接硬规范和焊接软规范。由模拟结果可知: 若采用硬规范,焊接电流12kA、通电时间8cyc、电极压力4000N时,模拟得到的熔核尺寸较为合理。若采用软规范,焊接电流9kA、通电时间14cyc、电极压力2200N时,模拟得到的熔核尺寸较为合理。根据温度场分布数值模拟结果,依次对焊接电流I、焊接时间T以及电极压力F三个主要焊接参数进行分析,研究其对镀锌钢板电阻点焊焊接接头质量的影响。对数值模拟结果进行验证性试验。33534

Title TEMPERATURE FIELD SIMULATION OF RESISTANCE SPOT WELDING OF ZINC-COATED STEELS
Abstract
This paper simulate 1.0mm+1.0mm galvanized steel spot welding by using the finite element software ANSYS,seclecting hard welding specifications and soft welding specifications by orthogonal experiment.From the simulation results,we know that if using of hard specifications,when welding current is 12kA,welding time is 8cyc and electrode force is 4000N,the simulation was a more reasonable size nugget and if using soft specification,when welding current is 9kA,welding time is 14cyc and electrode pressure is 2200N,simulated nugget the size of a more reasonable.According to the results of numerical simulation of temperature distribution, three main welding parameters that the welding current,welding time and electrode force were analyzed.Studying effect on galvanized steel resistance spot welding joint quality.And then a confirmatory test was carried out to verify the simulation results.
