摘要试验研究了板厚为6mm的5083铝合金板的双面TIG焊接工艺,分析了接头组织及性能。结果表明,双面双弧TIG焊接可以形成外观良好的焊缝,适合的焊接参数为:电流为160A/80A,枪间距为0或5mm,弧长为5-6mm,焊速0.24m/min,送丝速度2m/min。接头的微观组织均匀,无明显缺陷。接头拉伸试验得到:屈服强度为母材的97%,抗拉强度为母材的88%。焊缝质量好,强度达到要求。6623

Title Investigation of Double-sided Double-wire Welding for Spiral Pipe with Aluminium alloy
Abstract
This study aimed to experimentally explore the microstructure and properties of joints undergoing double-sided TIG welding with 6mm thick aluminium alloy plates. The results show that double-sided TIG welding could fit the requirement of spiral pipe welding. The process window for double-sided TIG welding was obtained and the sound welds can be obtained under the condition of a welding speed of 0.24m/min, a welding current of 160A/80A, a distance of upper and lower torch ranged from 0 to 5mm, a distance from torch to plate range from 5 to 6mm, a wire feed rate of 2m/min. The joints had a fine microstructure and no conspicuous welding defects. Also, the average tensile strength of joints is 88% of base metal, and the average yield strength of joints is 97% of base metal.
