摘要绿色高效的GMAW数字化焊机具有能源利用率高、焊接效率高、浪费少、对国家电网污染小的特点。针对常用的GMAW焊接工艺过程,设计了基于新型DSP控制芯片TMS320F240DSP的GMAW 数字化焊接总体方案,并设计了最小系统包括时钟电路、复位电路、JTAG仿真借口,设计了包含脉宽调制电路、采样、电路保护、通信借口、控制电路、调速电路在内的外围电路,基本完成了数字化焊接电源的设计。7243

Title The research on green and high efficiency GMAW power source
Abstract
High efficient green GMAW digital machine has the advantages of high energy utilization rate, high welding efficiency, less waste, little pollution characteristics of state grid. Commonly used in the GMAW welding process, design digital GMAW welding scheme based on the new DSP control chip TMS320F240DSP. And the design of the minimum system including clock circuit, reset circuit, JTAG simulation. Design the peripheral circuits include pulse width modulation circuit, sampling circuit, circuit protection, communications excuse, the control circuit, speed control circuit, and basically complete the design of the digital welding power source.
