摘要:本文主要制备一种高性能的苯基硅橡胶纳米复合材料,分为氧化石墨烯的功能化、功能化氧化石墨烯的还原和苯基硅橡胶复合材料的固化三部分。在固化部分中,分别由石墨烯与功能化石墨烯作为填料,与107、108硅橡胶形成复合材料,与普通的107、108橡胶进行比较,进而分别对样品进行了力学性能、电学性能、光学性能等一系列的测试。研究不同含量的复合材料的结构与性能。48945

其中,石墨烯和功能化石墨烯的质量分数分别为0.01 %,0.02 %,0.04 %,0.06 %,0.1 %,0.2 %。这些不同配方的复合材料的拉伸强度比硅橡胶的拉伸强度相比之下大出许多。但是普通橡胶的透光率却比复合材料的要好,可能存在实验操作的影响。在导电率的测试后,加入功能化石墨烯的硅橡胶导电性比加入石墨烯的硅橡胶复合材料的要好。然而介电性能却是石墨烯复合材料的要比功能化石墨烯的要好。

Research on the properties of functional graphene / phenyl silicone rubber composites

Abstract:In this paper, a high performance of phenyl silicone rubber nanocomposites is prepared, which is pided into three parts, the functional, reduction of functional graphene and the curing of phenyl silicone rubber composite. In the partially cured, respectively by the graphene and graphene as a filler, and 107, 108 silicone rubber formed composite. Compared with the ordinary 107, 108 rubber, then the samples of mechanical properties, electrical properties, optical properties of a series of tests. The structure and properties of the composites with different content were studied.

Among them, the mass fraction of graphene and functional graphene were 0.01 %, 0.02 %, 0.04 %, 0.06 %, 0.1 %, 0.2 %,, respectively. The tensile strength of the composites is much larger than that of the tensile strength of silicone rubber. But the light transmittance of ordinary rubber is better than that of the composite, and there may be the effect of experimental operation. After the test of electrical conductivity, the silicone rubber with the function of adding functional fossil is better than that of the silicone rubber compound material with the addition of graphene. However, the dielectric properties of graphene composites are better than those of functional graphene.
