摘要本论文是通过在环氧树脂中添加粒径为80μm的Al2O3和ZrO2,Al2O3和SiO2颗粒来研究不同硬质颗粒与不同添加比例对复合涂层性能的影响,并与添加单一的Al2O3的颗粒涂层进行对比。实验中检测了涂层的粘结强度、冲蚀磨损、耐冲击等性能。结果表明:耐磨涂层的硬度,粘结强度和抗冲击性能,随着添加硬质颗粒比例的增加而增大。同时添加Al2O3和ZrO2的试样相比较同时添加Al2O3和SiO2的试样,有更好的抗冲击性能和更好的耐冲蚀磨损性能,当同时添加Al2O3和ZrO2 粒子的比例为40%且Al2O3:ZrO2=1:2时,耐磨涂层的硬度为932MPa,粘结强度为10.74MPa,冲蚀磨损失量为15.76mm3/min,耐冲击性能强,综合性能好。7336

Abstract
In this paper the wear resistance of composite coatings with aluminum oxide and silicon oxide, aluminum oxide and zirconium, of 80μm, respectively, in the epoxy resin bases were studied. The performance of composite coatings such as the cohesion strengths, erosive wear and impact resistance were tested. Experimental results showed that the Greater proportion of hard particles, the better hardness, bonding strength and the impact resistance of the coating, comparing with the alumina and silica coating, the alumina and zirconia coating has better impact resistance and better erosive wear performance. When 40% alumina and zirconia particles were added and alumina: zirconia = 1:2, the wear-resistant of the coating was 932MPa, bond strength was 10.74MPa, erosion wear loss was 15.76mm3/min, it has strong impact resistance and good comprehensive performance.
