本文采用相场模拟的方法,利用Matlab软件在相场模拟上的优势,分别对无外应力作用和有外应力作用下Fe-Cr合金失稳分解过程的微观组织的演变进行模拟。并研究了浓度、温度对失稳分解过程以及微观组织演变和最终形态的影响作用。通过研究,得到以下结论:Cr浓度越高,失稳分解速度越快,温度越高,失稳分解速度越慢; 外应力的作用使得析出相微观组织出现了沿应变方向的取向性,并且温度相同时,浓度越大取向性越明显;浓度相同时,温度越高取向性越明显。7773
