摘要镍基高温合金具有优良的高温综合性能,其中又以镍基单晶高温合金最为突出,是目前制造先进航空发动机涡轮叶片的主要材料。本实验目的就是找到镍基单晶高温合金的制备过程中不同的工艺方法对选晶行为的影响,了解不同条件下晶粒的生长规律以及镍基高温合金的组织转变过程,通过金相组织观察研究缩颈选晶的规律与特点,并为以后长成良好的单晶或籽晶提供经验依据。

Title Grain selection behavior in the preparation of nickel-based superalloy
Abstract: Ni-based superalloy has excellent high-temperature comprehensive performance. Among the superalloys, Ni-based single crystal superalloy is the most prominent due to the superior performance, therefore becomes the main material for the advanced aero engine turbine blades. The objective of this study is to find the effect of different methods of preparation of Ni-based single crystal superalloy on the grain selection behavior and understand the mechanism of crystal growth, as well as the organizational transformation process of these methods. Through observing the microstructure, we find the law and characteristic of necking grain selection behavior, and empirical evidence can be provided for the growth of single-crystal seeds.
