摘要抗凝血材料是一类具有血液相容性和组织相容性的生物材料,它在临 床使用过程中不易与血液发生凝固。它不但有一定的物化性能与加工性能, 而且还有较好的血液相容性和组织相容性。

本论文以甲氧基丙烯酸乙酯(MEA)和甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)为单 体,偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,二氧六环为溶剂,采用溶液聚合法制备了甲 氧基丙烯酸乙酯类共聚物。研究了 MEA 与 HEMA 的配比、引发剂用量、 反应时间和温度等对共聚物性能的影响。采用了 DSC、FTIR、GPC 和接触 角测量法等对共聚物进行表征。81508

结果表明,MEA/HEMA 共聚物的性能与共聚物中两组分的含量有关。 随着 MEA/HEMA 配比的减小,共聚物的羟基吸收峰的相对强度逐渐增强, HEMA 组分的含量逐渐增大。随着 MEA/HEMA 配比的增大,共聚物的分 子量逐渐增大;共聚物的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)先增大后减小,当 MEA/HEMA 为 8:2 时,Tg 最高;而 MEA/HEMA 为 10:0 时,Tg 最低。随着 MEA/HEMA 配比的增加,共聚物的接触角先减小后增大;当引发剂用量增加时,共聚 物的接触角是先增大后减小;随着聚合时间的增加,共聚物的接触角先减 小后增大;随着聚合温度的增加,接触角是先减小后增大。

Abstract Anticoagulant material is a kind of biological material with blood compatibility  and tissue compatibility。 It is not easy to coagulate to blood when the anticoagulant material is in the clinical process。 It not only has certain physicochemical properties and processing properties, but also good compatibility and tissue compatibility。

In this paper, 2-methoxy Ethyl Acrylate copolymers were synthesized by methoxy ethyl acrylate (MEA) and 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA) through solution polymerization, using AIBN as initiator, 1,4-dioxane as solvent。 The effects of the MEA and HEMA ratio, dosage of initiator, polymerization time, polymerization temperature on the properties of MEA/HEMA copolymer were studied。 The copolymers were characterized by DSC, FTIR, GPC and contact angle measurement。

The results show that the properties of MEA/HEMA copolymers were related with monomer content of MEA and HEMA。 With the decreasing of MEA/HEMA rate, the strength of hydroxyl group absorption peak in MEA/HEMA copolymers was increased, indicted  that the content of HEMA in copolymers was increased。 When the ratio of MEA/HEMA increased, the molecular weight of copolymers of increased。 With the increase of the ratio of MEA and HEMA, the glass transition temperature (Tg) of the copolymers firstly increased and then decreased。 When the ratio of MEA and HEMA was 8:2, Tg is the highest; when the ratio is 10:0, Tg is the lowest。 With the increase of the ratio of MEA and HEMA, the contact angle firstly decreases and then increases。 When the dosage of initiator is increased, the contact angle increases and then decreases。 With the increase of initiator content, contact angle increased firstly and then decreased。 With the increase of polymerization temperature increased, the contact angle increased firstly and then decreased。
