摘要:干熄焦技术被认为是焦炭行业中能极大节能的技术,因为它有诸多优势如节约能源、降低污染以及改善焦炭的质量。干熄焦作为炼焦单元一项重要的改善焦炭质量的技术,因此迫切需要研究其操作思路及方法对焦炭质量尤其是焦炭强度的影响,进而制定有利于进一步改善焦炭质量的干熄焦作业方法。本论文通过对干熄焦进行工业分析,观察气孔结构,测试熔损率、反应性及强度,得出干熄焦的优点。关键词:干熄焦;焦炭强度;熔损反应;反应性10747
Carbon reaction solvent properties of coke
Abstract:Coke dry quenching (CDQ) is currently considered as a technology greatly saving energy in the coke planting,owing to its many advantages such as energy saving,pollution reduction and quality improvement.CDQ coking unit as an important technology to improve the quality of coke, there is an urgent need to study the ideas and methods of its operations, especially the quality of coke coke strength, and thus help to develop further improve the quality of coke dry quenching operation method.CDQ performance is tested through a series of data to elaborated CDQ advantages.
