摘   要本文研究的是义乌市中学生身体素质发展现状，选取义乌市义乌中学三个年级六个班的学生为被测对象，运用文献资料法、问卷调查法理统计和逻辑分析等研究方法对义乌市中学生身体素质发展现状进行调查分析，通过学生身体素质现状，身体素质与学校体育教育、家庭教育教育、学生参与课外体育活动情况的关系进行调查统计，针对所存在的问题，提出：1。转变体育教育观念2。创新教学方法,活跃体育课堂3。加大体育教学投入,完善体育设施4。加强体育教师师资队伍建设 5。营造良好的体育家庭教育氛围6。正确引导学生体育活动个性兴趣的发展学生体育活动个性兴趣的发展等对策研究，为接下来如何改善义乌市中学生身体素质提供科学依据与参考。有助于了解义乌市中学生的身体素质健康情况和其发展趋势，能够为提高中学生身体素质提供好的意见。88825
