The Investigation of Condition of College Students' Depression
—take Zhoukou Normal University as an example
Abstract: To explore the characteristics of college students’ depression and basic rule of it in Zhoukou Normal University, the author selected 271 college students from Zhoukou Normal University as the subjects. In this study, the author used Depression self rating scale (SDS). The results showed that: subjects had different degrees of depression symptoms (31.36%), which included the mild (26.93%), the moderate (4.06%), and the severe (0.37%). According to the results, there was significant difference between grade and gender, but there was no significant difference between arts and sciences. This could be concluded that: the depressed level of the depressive symptoms of college students was mild. The moderate and the severe were very low. Level of depression of male college students was significantly higher than female students. And the junior students were at the highest levels of depression, and followed by sophomore, senior and freshman at the lowest levels of depression.

1引言
抑郁是一种复合性情绪体验，同一般的悲伤不同，抑郁的体验比任何一种单一负性情绪更为强烈，而且持续时间更长，给人带来的痛苦更大，它除包含悲伤外，还伴有痛苦、愤怒、自卑感、羞愧等情绪[1]。美国心理学家Beck认为，我们每个人都拥有各种各样的图式（schemata），即我们关于世界和生活的内在态度、信念,我们通过这些图式，规范着自己的生活。抑郁者在童年或青少年期间，因为某些原因，比如说被父母不良的对待，不能很好的融入学校生活以及监护人本身具有的不良的生活态度，会发展出消极的图式或信念——消极的看待周围世界的倾向。于是一旦在生活中遇到困难，他们就更倾向于消极的看待问题，他们的无望感和自卑感都要多于常人。这样的图式也经常使自我陷入无意义感和无价值感的深渊。这样，抑郁者会经常受到不良情绪的困扰，他们便很容易陷入抑郁状态。目前全世界约有3.4亿人受到抑郁的困扰,人群中约有一半抑郁症病例还未被识别和治疗,有10%～15%抑郁症病人已自行结束了生命,全世界因抑郁症要消耗每年产值的2%～5%,WHO(世界卫生组织)预测,到2020年抑郁症将会成为发展中国家最严重的疾病负担和死亡、残疾的第二大原因[2]。
