1 引言
1．1 设计课题简介
此次毕业设计课题为南京市某一酒店建筑，要求采用钢筋混凝土框架结构，并要在规定的时间内，完成其主要的建筑及结构设计，并绘制相应的建筑及结构施工图。本设计对酒店做简单设计，建筑面积约5000m2，框架结构，共五层。通过完成本设计，使学生掌握工程设计的方法与步骤，并熟悉相关的规范。在文献检索、建筑设计、结构分析与计算、工程制图、论文撰写等各方面的能力得到训练和提高。

1.2.1 技术要求
建筑设计方面，要求考虑功能分区，内部构造合理；结构设计方面，要求考虑方案经济合理性，严格按照规范，结果准确，构造合理。建筑和结构设计均应符合有关国家规范要求，施工图绘制规范，表达清楚。
