Abstract This project is a Jin Xi discipline inspection training center by the case. This project is 4 layer frame structure, construction area of 3494.4 m2, height of 14.100 m, including case management office, conference room, lounge, etc. This project is mainly for the architectural and structural design. The use function of building design: according to the guest house, decorate a room, office, conference room, activity room, room service, staff room, suite, building general information, and the completion rate is elevation, side elevation, floor plan, elevation, 3-d detail drawing of the stairs. According to the requirements of the building use, the design adopts frame structure. In structure design, respectively the PKPM modeling, selection of the structure and layout, design design, the second beam floor, staircase and foundation design, and according to the results of PKPM computer and by hand to complete the structure layout, Liang Pingfa reinforcement figure (house), floor cover reinforcement figure, with flat construction, pile location layout, basic detail and detail drawing of the stairs.

1引言
本设计课题是金溪纪检监察培训中心，采用混凝土框架这种结构形式。框架结构是一种竖向承重结构全由框架组成的房屋结构体系。框架由梁、柱、基础这三种结构形式组成承重结构，并由连系梁及楼面结构联成整体。框架结构作为一种常用的结构形式, 具有传力明确、结构布置灵活、抗震性和整体性好的优点, 目前已被广泛地应用于各类多层的工业与民用建筑中。
