根据所给出的建筑条件图进行房间编号，确定各房间的负荷种类，房间尺寸，门窗尺寸，围护结构的传热系数，房间的朝向、传热面积、室外气象条件、室内设计参数。用excel表格将各房间的逐时负荷统计计算出来，确定最大负荷出现的时间以及最大负荷数值。根据节能设计标准要求，结合计算软件，采用冷系数法对整个公寓楼的冷负荷进行逐时计算。经计算得出，该公寓的总冷负荷为305.123KW，最大负荷时刻出现在晚上17：00。
由计算出的总负荷，来确定系统形式，此次的设计中，一层为全空气空调系统，将二层分为水系统一区；三层为水系统二层；四层单人间分为水系统三区，二至四层采用风机盘管加新风的方式。结合建筑物的特点，在冷冻水系统确定中我选择闭式、竖直异程、双管制、单级泵，变流量系统，这种空调水系统具有结构简单，初期投资小，管路不易产生污垢和腐蚀，水泵耗电较小等优点。设计中将空调机房设置在顶层，采用风冷式处理，选用风冷螺杆式空调机组，型号为LSBLGF440/A1。这样设计好的处在于减少了冷却塔、冷冻泵及冷却水管等一系列的设备，在满足要求的前提下使得设计趋于简化。
根据给定的设计参数和计算出的参数，查找相应的资料手册，进行系统的水力计算，在水力计算中，根据已绘出的系统草图，确定系统的最不利管段，标注最不利管段的节点，采用假定流速法进行分段的水力计算，得出整个管路的管径和整个管路的水力损失，对于管路水力损失较大的管段进行管径调整，得出合理的沿程总水力损失。根据计算的沿程水力损失，合理估算局部水头损失所占的份额，确定总水力损失，根据各种设备选型的计算公式，经计算后选定水力机械，确定合适的泵和风机的型号。将数据汇总编制成excel表格形式。
风机盘管、水泵及附属设备等设备的选型计算及确定型号。根据所给设计条件以及总冷、热负荷和已经确定的设计方案、设备形式，选择风道以及末端设备、冷热源设备等。在选型中根据不同层，不同功能所需的新风负荷，一、二层新风机组型号为DBFP12，2至4层客房选择DBP3的新风机组。风机盘管在此次设计中根据计算我选择的型号主要为FP-10XD、FP-12.5XD和FP-14XD。
