摘要伴随着我国的城市经济飞速发展进步,各城市之间的交通轨道联系建设也随之快速增长,而隧道设施的需求量与日俱增,安全可靠、高效、经济的施工措施与技术已成为建筑土木工程界所关注的重点。在众多隧道开挖方式中,钻爆法开挖被大规模考虑应用。但实际在采用钻爆法时,爆破对于周边的建(构)筑物结构会有爆破振动影响,因而考虑钻爆法开挖施工对爆源附近的建(构)筑物的振动影响分析有着理论意义与现实工程参考价值。87493

本文正是以贵州某隧道钻爆开挖为研究背景,综述了隧道钻爆岩石开挖的基本施工措施,爆破振动原理及有限元分析的基本原理,并且通过专业大型有限元分析软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA来建立相应的计算实体贵州隧道环境模型,确定材料特性,添加边界条件,模拟隧道中药包爆炸过程,从而计算分析出岩体上的受力位移情况,对比已知的理论经验公式来确定。

    针对隧道钻爆施工引起的周边建(构)筑物的振动响应为研究内容,并研究爆炸产生的振动冲击波对岩土介质的扰动情况及其损伤特征,最终提出隧道不同区段的爆破开挖优化设计方案,从一般意义角度上,总结出隧道邻近高压输电设施安全施工控制成套技术,为类似工程提供参考和技术支撑。

Title   The Analysis of the Impact of Drilling and Blast of                     

         Guizhou's Tunnel on the Surrounding Structures                                                 

Abstract

With the rapid development of urban economy,inter-city transportation rail construction increases, while the amount of the tunnel facility requirement increasing, safe and reliable, effective and economy construction measures and technology have become the focus of engineers industry all over the world。Among the so many ways of tunnel excavation, drilling and blasting method is used most。However, when using the drilling and blasting method,blasting vibration will influence surrounding building’s structure。Therefore, understanding the  propagation of shock wave induced by drill and blasting and it's influence on the surrounding buildings are of great importance。

This article is to set a tunnel construction in  Guizhou as background,and reviews and summarizes the basic construction methods and technology of tunneling excavation 。The blast and vibration theory of tunnel and the basic principles of the finite element analysis method are also summarized in this dissertation。

The numerical and actual model of the Guizhou's tunnel was  established based on the software,ANSYS/LS-DYNA。The related material parameters were determined and it's boundary conditions were applied。Then the tunnel dynamite's explosive process can be simulated。The peak pressure of the rock were obtained ,verified,calculated and analyzed,compared to the related theoretical empirical formula。

We are going to study  vibration of surrounding  buildings caused by  drilling and  blasting for tunnel construction,and study the disturbances and damage to the geotechnical characteristics of the media caused by shock wave,and at last, put forward different sections of tunnel blasting design optimization, and form a set of safe construction  and technology control of  nearby  high-voltage 

transmission facilities , so provide reference and technical support for similar projects。
