摘要本毕业设计题目为南京某学校综合办公楼设计，建筑面积约为7400mm2 ，结构总层数为五层，一层的层高为4。2m，2-5层的层高为3。9m，建筑的总高度达到23。7m。该设计采用的是框架结构，并且基础使用独立基础，所在地的抗震设防烈度为7度，另外设计使用年限为50年。建筑设计部分依据建筑功能，经济美观，总体规划的原则，参考国家相应标准规范要求，完成了建筑平面设计，并在此基础上进行了立面、剖面、建筑平面设计与绘制。结构设计进行了截面尺寸估算，荷载计算，内力计算，内力组合，梁柱截面设计，以及板、楼梯、基础构件等设计。87575
