[Abstract]：This design is mainly for the Shanghai maritime Community Affairs Accepts new campus building in a comprehensive teaching building design, including building design and structure design two parts. Construction layer is 3.6 meters, a total of five layers, a total construction area of 4850.68 m2. Building features include the classroom, office, toilet, fire stair. Structure form the cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame structure, the roof and floor cast-in-site type structure. Floor layout forms of the ribbed beams floor.

第1章建筑设计
1.1 设计依据

1.2 设计要求
本工程建筑建筑结构安全等级为二级，设计基准期为50年，基础设计等级为乙级。抗震设防烈度为7度，设计基本地震加速度值为0.10g，设计地震分组为第一组。
设计要求综合考虑场地环境、使用功能、结构造型、施工、建筑艺术等问题。着重解决建筑物内部各种使用功能和使用空间的合理安排；建筑物内部和外表的艺术效果，并能够体现一定的细节设计。
1.3 社区事务受理中心的建筑设计
1.3.1 工程概况
本工程位于上海市普陀区曹杨璐（近兰溪路），是为曹阳街道筹建的一幢社区事务受理办公楼，内置接待室、办公室、休息室、会议室、多功能厅、办公大厅、门卫等配套功能。总建筑面积4850.68 m2，共五层，底层层高为4.5 m，标准层层高为3.6m，建筑高度21.85m（从室外地坪到女儿墙顶）。
1.3.2 方案设计
建筑方案主要包括：建筑平面设计、建筑立面设计、建筑剖面设计三大部分。
（1）建筑平面设计
从组成平面各个部分的使用性质来分析，可分为：使用部分和交通联系部分。使用部分着重在空间布置的合理性、经济性。各功能分区如下：
1）一层使用面积约1000平方米，设有办公大厅，办公室、值班室、接待室、厕所。
2）二至五层每层使用面积约960平方米，设有会议室、办公室、休息室、多功能厅。
