职工活动中心规划及建筑设计
摘要：一直以来，职工活动中心在活跃职工文化生活方面取得了重大成效，同时对职工兴趣特长的培养起了重要的因素。但随着时代的发展，新形势要求转变中心工作职能，建立服务型活动中心。多年以来，各种活动中心的工作重点均在于培养及发展职工的各种才艺兴趣特长，为社会培养了大量的优秀人才，做出了巨大的贡献。随着时代的发展，社会对人才的要求越来越高，单位需要的不单单是技术单一的职工，还需要各方面都有所发展的人才。作为承担为社会培养更多想干事、能干事、干成事优秀人才任务的活动中心，目前单一的才艺兴趣培养服务已无法满足需要，多样化的服务需求相当迫切。

Abstract: Since, activity center staff have made great achievements in an active cultural life of workers, and training of workers interests play an important factor. But with the development of the times, the new situation requires change center job function, establish a service center. Over the years, various activities center focus of the work is to a variety of talent cultivation and development interests of workers, training a large number of outstanding talents for the society, has made the tremendous contribution. With the development of the times, the society more and more high requirements for talents, unit needs not only technical staff single, still need to all aspects of the development of talent. As the train more to and capable officer, do outstanding talents task activity center bear for society, the current single talent cultivating interest service has been unable to meet the needs, diversified service needs is urgent.

1、 引言
1.1 项目概况
吹冰安市金安区职工活动中心规划建设项目基地位于金安区新行政办公区及佛子岭路东南，东临安丰路；基地北侧紧临一条规划中的城市道路，隔高压线廊绿化带与金安区粮食批发交易中心综合楼相望；基地南侧为金安区教师进修学校。基地西侧为绿化浅丘地带和城市发展用地。
金安区职工活动中心基地交通便捷，地形基本平整，内有一处池塘水面，景观条件好，地理位置优越。项目总用地面积为33162平方米，净用地面积为2吹冰7平方米。
项目设计目标力求将金安区职工文化活动中心规划为环境友好型、资源节约型的文化活动基地。将职工活动中心建成功能完善、环境优美、舒适、具有品与格调的综合体建筑；在与周边环境相协调的前提下，塑造城市优美建筑形象。
金安区职工活动中心规划建设项目包括场地环境规划和单体设计两部分，其中需要建设的单体建筑有三栋，分别为职工培训中心8000平方米左右、活动中心综合楼12000平方米左右、多功能会议中心5000平方米左右。
