Design General Information
This project for Shanghai WEIAOLI new type of building material energy saving co., LTD., occupancy, the project construction is located in Jinshan district of Shanghai Tingwei road no. 3499. The company planning land covers an area of about 80 mu, annual production capacity of 300 to 500 million, the number of employees reached 300 people. The enterprise building which is consist of the plant building and the office building， plant building is four layer building, office building is three layer buildings, all are low-rise buildings. The purpose of this design is mainly designed by calculation is reasonable, practical, economic and energy saving of water supply and drainage pipe network, and can be appropriate to save water and energy, design results conform to the requirements of actual construction.
Design topic mainly completed the following content:
⑴ Water supply system:
① The headwaters uses the tap water in city, the three layer of the office building water uses the circumjacent municipal water supply pipe network water supply, municipal pipe network water pressure of 0.18 MPa.
② Water supply pipeline using lining plastic tube, screw thread connection. The toilet’s water supply branch pipe flushing of the pipe uses three type polypropylene (PP-R) pipe, using hot melt connection, pipe pressure level is 1.8 MPa. Expressed as a "De".
③ Water supply pipe under the testing pressure observation pressure drop is not greater than 0.02 MPa within 10 min, then drop to work pressure to keep 24 hours, the examination of the outer tube, with leak-proof is qualified, plastic pipe water supply system should keep 1 hour under the testing pressure , pressure drop to no more than 0.05 MPa, and the working pressure of 1.15 times the situation more than 0.03 MPa. The simultaneous appearance inspection, with leak-proof is qualified.
⑵ Drainage system:
① Industrial wastewater drainage system eliminates industrial enterprises in the process of sewage and waste water produced during production, is the confluence drainage system. Life drainage system also is confluence system. This enterprise production wastewater, such as chemical, the heavier mechanical impurities pollution of industrial wastewater need treated, eliminates after reaching discharge standard. This enterprise production waste water, mild pollution or very warm only can be used after dealing with the simple cycle or duplicate.
②Wastewater and vent pipe uses UPVC drainage pipe, adhesive connection. Expressed diameter as a "De". The roof drainage and rainwater drainage pipe all uses HDPE pipes. Bonding connection. Expressed diameter as a "De". Nominal pressure is 0.6 MPa.
③The sanitary ware of the bathroom and toilet selects the water-saving and energy-saving sanitary ware.
④ The slope of the stand pipe and branch pipe are 0.25, the slope of the horizontal main pipe and drainage pipe: De110 uses 0.12, De50 uses 0.025.
