摘要:近年来,中国经济持续发展,城市化进程加剧,居民生活消费能力显著提高,但随之而来的城市生活垃圾处理成为重要课题。目前,卫生填埋是处理城市垃圾的主要手段之一。X市地处长江三角洲,地缘辽阔,总人口数量约200万,建设现代卫生垃圾填埋场是当前处理城市生活垃圾的最佳方法。本设计通过分析X市地理与自然条件,生活垃圾组分与处理要求等情况,设计构建日处理3000吨城市生活垃圾的垃圾填埋场。填埋场分为填埋区,渗滤液处理区,填埋气处理区,办公区住宿区这四个功能分区,其中垃圾填埋场总占地面积为36 hm2,其中填埋区占地24.68hm2,渗滤液处理区1.09hm2,填埋气处理区1.09hm2,办公区住宿区0.468 hm2。采用厌氧-缺氧-好氧活性污泥法作为渗滤液处理工艺,保证出水水质达到国家标准;同时采用竖向导气井收集填埋气,预计年沼气收集量16425000m3,可用于发电,做到能源再利用。通过工程核算,填埋区造价18171737.3元,渗滤液处理区造价155702418元,填埋气处理区造价1392000元,办公宿舍区造价18720000元,本工程预计总造价1.94亿元。

ABSTRACT:In recent years, the subsequent disposal of municipal solid waste has become an important issue while the economy has continued to develop, urbanization has intensified, and residents’ living consumption capacity has increased significantly in China. At present, sanitary landfill is one of the main methods to deal with municipal waste, and which is the best choice for X city to deal with urban garbage that located in the Yangtze river delta, with a vast geographical area and a total population of about 2 million. In this program, we designed and constructed a landfill site for 3,000 tons of municipal solid waste by analyzing the geographical and natural conditions, the components and processing requirements of domestic garbage in X city, etc. The landfill is pided into four functional zones: landfill area (36 hm2), leachate treatment area (24.68 hm2), landfill gas treatment area (1.09 hm2), and office area accommodation area (0.468 hm2). The anaerobic - anoxic - aerobic activated sludge process was used as leachate treatment process to ensure the effluent water quality meets the national standard. At the same time, vertical directional gas wells are used to collect landfill gas, and the annual biogas collection is expected to be 1,6425,000 m3, which can be used for power generation and energy reuse. Through engineering accounting, the total cost of this project is estimated to be 194 million yuan which pided into the cost of landfill site, leachate treatment area, landfill gas treatment area and office dormitory area which are 18171737.3 yuan, 155702418 yuan, 1392000 yuan and 18720000 yuan, respectively.
