某综合楼火灾隐患分析与消防设计(2)
本次设计主要涉及到的规范有《建筑设计防火规范》GB 50016-2014、、《火灾自动报警系统设计规范》GB50116-2013、《自动喷水灭火系统设计规范》GB50084-2001、《消防给水及消火栓系统技术规范》GB50974-2014、《建筑防排烟系统技术规范》。此次设计的主要参考资料有《建筑防火设计手册》、《自动喷水灭火系统设计手册》、《建筑消防技术》等书目，并且参阅了大量的期刊书籍，在图书馆中找寻了许多消防工程的设计资料，也从网站中搜集了大量的资料和知识，最终完成了此次某商场建筑的消防设计。
Hazard analysis and fire protection system design about a complex building fire
Design notes:With the rapidly development of our social economy and people’s material cultrual needs, abundant appearance of commercial complex in our country. So-called large commercial complex,refers to integrating shopping stores, entertainments,dinning establishments with art exhibition venues into one comples buildings.Those kind of buildings brings convenience to people’s life.Citizens can achieve all their objectives by going one palce.Therefore,large commercial complex gradually becomes to be people’s favourite choices,which includes young people.In many ways it brings “one-stop shopping experience” to our life,but also causes many fire safety hazard.
In our country,Fire brings misfortune to many families,moreover makes large amounts of social wealth reduced to ashes.Fire protection design is exactly a preventive measure to reduce losses caused by fire.Therefore,fire protection design about commercial complex is an integral part of complex building design.This kind of buildings has a complicated fire hazard, it has its own speciality on personnel evucation and fire suppression,so once there is a fire accident
happen in commercial complex buildings,the consequence will be immeasurable.Acquiring fire hazard and spciality of large commercial complex,doing fire protection design according its features have great influence and meaning to arrest people’ mass death in reality accidents.
The main contents of this paper include: (1) the research background and significance; (2) the complex building fire hazard analysis; (3) a commercial complex fire system design, including general design, design of fire compartment, smoke control, water supply system, automatic sprinkler system, and automatic fire alarm system.
Design for a building. The commercial complex located in Zhoupu,Pudong,Shanghai.Its height is 22.5m,1 floor underground,5 floors on the ground. The undergruond floor is garage.The garage height is 5m.; the first floor to the forth one of the complex is shopping center.The fifth floor is dining establishments. The building area is 26480m2.
Architectural plane fire design involves the construction of refractory grade determination, distance of fireproof and fire lane. Through the relevant specifications, identifying the building as class I of public building set the limit of fire resistance; the design of fire protection distance between the office building and other high-rise building is 9m, and with other civil construction is 6m.
Building plane refractory design mainly design the pision of building fire protection area and smoke control area, according to various specifications, this design mainly involves the underground garage combined fire zoning and other layers according to different purposes .From this perspective, the first design for the shopping mall design is of smoke control in buildings, according to the plan to complete the arcade building smoke control system design, including according to the structure and layout of building to complete fire protection rank, pide the fire, smoke zone, select the appropriate smoke control style, determined by calculation exhaust fan pressure, according to the need to adopt the mechanical smoke exhaust occasions, appropriate design of mechanical smoke extraction mode, choose the right exhaust smoke volume, draw appropriate vent area and the wind tube cross-sectional area, finally to make prevent smoke pipe network layout, and select the appropriate amount of fan, and layout.
