盱眙市管委会办公楼空调工程设计
空调系统采用风机盘管加独立新风系统，各层设新风机组。冷热源部分选择垂直U型地埋管系统并联闭式冷却塔辅助换热以平衡冬夏热负荷。分别对地埋管及冷却塔设计计算，并通过对全年累计负荷的计算，制定地源热泵运行策略。

Abstract
The design for the air conditioning design of Tianquan Lake CMC Xuyi City office building and ancillary staff dormitory building. 2 Tung independent low layer building, with a total construction area of 5736.m2, 2 main building on the ground floor, the local underground layer, building area of 3692m2, mainly is office space; auxiliary building three layers, 2044 m2 of construction area for staff quarters. Party A requires 2 buildings to air conditioning, and the cold heat source part of the ground source heat pump system.
The air conditioning system uses the fan coil unit and the independent fresh air system, each layer set fresh air unit. Part of the selection of cold and heat source U vertical U-tube parallel system closed cooling tower auxiliary heat exchanger to balance the heat load in summer and winter. Respectively of the buried pipe and cooling tower design and calculation, and the ground source heat pump operation strategy made the annual total load calculation.

该办公楼位于盱眙市天泉湖畔，为2栋独立的低层建筑，总建筑面积5736.m2，主楼地上2层，局部地下一层，建筑面积3692m2，主要是办公用房；辅楼地上3层，建筑面积2044 m2，用于职工宿舍。甲方要求2建筑均设空调，其中冷热源部分采用地源热泵系统。
