南京市某星级酒店暖通空调工程设计
本设计采用离心式制冷机组和燃气锅炉作为冷热源。一层小面积商铺采用风机盘管加独立新风，西餐厅，会议厅等大空间建筑采用全空气系统，并满足防火分区要求。二三层包房、会议室等小空间满足即开即停，所以采用独立新风加风机盘管，中餐厅、宴会厅等大空间设计对的全空气系统。四到十二层为标准客房和套房，全采用风机盘管加独立新风。由于该系统属于中小系统，故水系统采用异程式。对卫生间和更衣室等不是人长久停留地方设置排风。防排烟设计中，楼梯间、楼梯前室、合用前室设计火灾时正压送风，过道及大空间采用机械排烟。地下室停车厂及设备用房单独做通风排烟设计。30180

Title Design of HVAC system for a Stars Hotel in Nanjing City
Abstract
The course of the graduation design for Nanjing a five-star hotel HVAC engineering design, building layers of twelve basement, ground floor, a total construction area of for 56013 m2, building a total height of 48.6 m, underground a layer of garage, kitchen and equipment with real, to a layer of shops, offices and restaurants, the second and third layer for meetings, dining rooms and restaurants, four to 11 standard rooms, the 12 story standard rooms and presidential suites.
