2.1 工程概况
总建筑面积：建筑面积20000 m2 (±10%)；
兴建位置：江苏省无锡市
层 数：该高层为地上层数为14层，地下为1层。屋顶为上人屋面；
结构型式：结构形式为现浇钢筋混凝土框架剪力墙结构，楼盖采用现浇式结构。
基础采用桩筏基础，室内地坪为±0.000m，室外内高差0.45m。框架梁、柱、楼面、屋面板、剪力墙均为现浇。
