本工程位于上海市,总建筑面积为6716.5平方米,总高度为18.9米,属多层建筑; 一层4.2m 二层3.9m 三层到吹冰层3.6m，设有办公室 会议室 休息室 餐厅 宿舍等；地上共吹冰层。
