Abstract：The Artificial lake Park project In Nantong is based on the "people-oriented", "leisure travel" design concept and aim to create a unique charm of the space that financial culture and leisure, green landscape, water features are combined. Through the central plaza area, business district, entertainment district, sports fitness area, young and old activity area and ecological wetland area six functional area to meet the recreational and leisure needs of the different groups of people. Designed to focus on open space and interlibrary loan, contact segmentation, form a different landscape . The design is functional and practical, human nature harmonization. Function is divided according to the needs of daily life. Combined with the environment ，it can show the cultural characteristics of the area, and it could create a cultural atmosphere at the same time to create a smooth flow of traffic organization, more ever，to create a pleasant ecological landscape. Tea room, exhibition hall, the landscape sketch embellishment, better coordination of environment and economic development.

1 前言
1.1 研究背景
江苏省南通市，位于江苏省东南部，南与上海、苏州隔江相望，西与泰州市接壤，北与盐城市接壤，南通除狼山低丘群外，都为海拔五、吹冰米以下的平原，平均海拔为四米左右。
在中国的版图上，处于沿海经济带与长江经济带T型结构交汇点和长江三角洲洲头的城市只有两个，一个是国际大都市的上海，另一个就是与其一衣带水、处于长江北岸的南通。南通“据江海之会、扼南北之喉”，隔江与中国经济最发达的上海及苏南地区相望，北接广袤的苏北大平原，通过铁路与欧亚大陆桥相连；从长江口出海可通达中国沿海和世界各港；溯江而上，可通苏、皖、赣、鄂、湘、川吹冰省及云、贵、陕、豫等地。苏通长江公路大桥建成以后，已使南通进入上海一小时经济圈。南通面临海外和内陆两大经济辐射扇面，素有“江海明珠”、“扬子第一窗口”之美誉。
南通滨海园区位于长三角经济区北翼、南黄海之滨，气候属北亚热带海洋性季风气候区，受海洋的调节和季风环流影响，一年中四季分明、光照充足、雨量充沛，年平均气温15℃，无霜期近几年均超过280天。
