The administration building main body structure adopts the cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame structure, the main column grid size 4.8 m * 8.7 m, 3.6 m * 8.7 m, 3.3 m * 8.7 m, the total length of 41 m, the total width of 20 m, covers an area of 817 square metre. Beam and column through the nodes connected to the skeleton structure, the beam and column under vertical and horizontal load, the middle partition only a maintenance role. Underlying the height of 4.8 m, the standard layer of the height of 4.2 m, the stair step number 12, bottom of the first layer of the stair footfall is 200 mm high, the rest of the layers of the stair footfall is 175 mm high, step width is 250 mm. The stairs of the bench are 1.80 m wide, can three people walking, at the same time breaks platform width of 2.6 m, the height of the armrest is 1 m, width of 1 m. Internal function mainly meet the teacher office, the building shape concise and simple. A layer mainly for all kinds of office, the rest of the layer is equipped with large meeting room. The building USES the cast-in-situ reinforced concrete frame structure of body structure. The foundation USES the pile foundation under column independent pile caps. In the facade design, focuses on the characteristics of the construction is simple and unadorned and affinity, architectural image using a square shape, do not pursue the adornment of the complex. Considering the executive tower building of fire control, management, use, transportation facilities, and many other aspects of comprehensive requirements, in the design of the construction of traffic organization for due consideration. Chose good toward the building and natural ventilation, maintain good indoor air quality.
