摘要本毕业设计为南京市某高校校办综合楼建筑与结构设计。建筑设计部分完成了一至五层的平面设计，南立面和西立面的立面设计，以及一个主要出入口的剖面设计，并绘制了对应的建筑施工图。结构设计部分完成了二层楼盖的结构设计，一榀典型框架的结构设计，一部主要楼梯的结构设计，以及基础的结构设计，并绘制了对应的结构施工图。结构设计中，楼盖板、次梁的设计采用弹性理论的方法进行计算。竖向荷载作用下的框架内力采用分层法进行计算，水平地震作用下的框架内力采用D值法进行计算。本说明书还对竖向恒荷载作用下框架弯矩手算值进行了电算校核，并分析了手算误差。43109

Title  Architectural and Structural Design of a School Office Building 

Abstract

This graduation project is about the architectural and structural design of a training center building in Nanjing City. The architectural design part includes the interior design of the building’s 1st to 5th floor, the facade design of the south and east elevations, and the sectional design of two main entrances with the architectural working drawings. Also with corresponding working drawings, the part of structural design comprises the designs of the floor slab of the 3rd floor, a set of typical frame, a main staircase, and the base of the building. Besides, within the structural design part, the theory of elasticity has been applied in the calculation process of the floor slab and the secondary beam. The internal forces of the frame under the vertical load are calculated with stratification method, while the ones under the horizontal earthquake are calculated with D value method. Moreover, the calculation of the frame bending moment under vertical dead load is checked by the software PKPM, with an analysis of the deviation of the calculation included.

1  工程概况

本工程为某高校校办综合楼，建设地点为江苏南京，总建筑面积约5500m2，主体结构五层，局部电梯机房和相邻楼梯间突出屋面，无地下室。建筑正负零绝对标高为16.00m，室内外高差0.6m，总建筑高度22.5m（含室内外高差），主体结构层高3.6m，机房层高3.3m。

本工程上部结构形式采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构，建筑设计使用年限50年-吹冰`文~论^文.网www.chuibin.com，抗震设防烈度为7度，抗震等级为三级。
