1  The source of the design
The design task is to complete air- conditioning system design of Shanghai Lingan International Hotel in area B , design issues since the actual project. Purpose of this project through the design, control air-conditioning systems design, design steps to train students of the problem, solve the problem of the actual application capacity; deepen their understanding of building air-conditioning engineering expertise and understanding of memory; have air-conditioning duct, plumbing , Equipment selection and layout; master of wind and water mains in calculation; enhanced graphics capabilities and develop analytical, problem-solving practical engineering capabilities for the future in the indoor environment and public works construction equipment of HVAC design and construction organizations , Operation and management work for a reliable basis.
2  The general situation of the engineering
This building is located in Shanghai, for Shanghai lingang international hotel in area B air conditioning system design, construction area of 1238 square meters, the ground floor, the roof for the elevator machine room, between the water tank accessory occupancy, such as building height is 12.9 meters.
3  The main design work
Choice of architectural features of air-conditioning; cold and heat load calculation; wind of a water pipe layout, hydraulic calculation; breakdown of the water pipeline computation. Hydraulic calculation based on choice of air-conditioning, including air conditioning units, the new wind generating units, fan coil, outlet and other equipment.
4  System design
Each layer of the pattern in the building is similar, so the arrangement by wind and water system is also similar.
1. Air conditioning wind system
1) The common parts such as sharing, bookstores, service area, coffee shop and lounge hall adopts full air system, adopts a return process put ceiling air conditioning unit corridor on the right side window. Fresh air from outside into the nearby, leafy outside fresh air pipe is equipped with the electric regulating valve;
2) To the requirement of indoor environment is different, every room air conditioning use time is different. Therefore, considering the fan coil system, air conditioning system with temperature adjusting device, adjust the room temperature. In order to ensure the air supply, adopting the independent fresh air system, at the same time, considering the energy requirements and health requirement of the fresh air in the transitional season, set up independent fresh air, fresh air port near the outlet of fan coil units as far as possible
2. The water system
Using a water system, water system is adopted double control program design. Take on the points, Siamese seasonal changeover valve switch. Air conditioning units and fan coil set electric two-way valve on the return pipe, according to the air conditioning load changes by water coil, electric pressure difference between the points, Siamese by-pass valve to maintain the system pressure balance.
3. KTV rooms and communal toilet exhaust
KTV rooms exhaust smoke volume, according to every square metre is not less than 60 m ^ 3 / h, smoke tuyere wind speed less than 10 m ^ 3 / s. This design pides the two smoke partitions, choose two fire amphibious fan, fan suction entrance set 280 ℃ fusing of fire smoke exhaust valve, pipe network according to the usual exhaust wind speed to determine the size. Branch pipe of exhaust system in each room are motorized valve, at ordinary times do exhaust with keep it always open.
5  Chiller choice
Because the building is located in Shanghai, combining with the characteristics of the building, from the perspective of economic operation, time running Angle, convenient management is the point of view, the basis of an analysis of the maximum effective decided to use screw air-cooled water chillers. Can consider during the transition season and low load period open only 1 units, to achieve energy saving purpose, choose two the same capacity of the unit.
