[Abstract]
This design is mainly designed for Shanghai dahua community service center, a culture which includes architectural design and structure design two parts. Building height 4.2 meters, a total of five layers, a total construction area of 5221.44 m2. Architectural features including classrooms, offices, toilets, fire stairs, etc. Its architectural style hold "community cultural services" the construction objective, facade style tone is given priority to with concise, pure and fresh, vigorous, but at the same time also have plain, and the atmosphere. And building a powerful will to community spiritual civilization construction.
Structure using cast-in-situ reinforced concrete frame structure, roof and floor adopts the cast-in-place structure. Floor beams is employed in the arrangement of slab-column system.
