南京某剪力墙高层住宅施工组织设计编制
本课题所选项目为南京江宁区某大型住宅小区项目，选取5#楼高层住宅楼进行施工组织设计的编制。本工程位于小区施工场地中心位置，主要结构类型为钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构。通过本次施工组织设计的编制，全面考虑了拟建工程的各种具体施工条件，扬长避短地拟定现场合理的施工方案，确定施工顺序方法、资源计划、进度计划,合理地统筹编制施工进度计划和施工方案。46148

ABSTRACT Construction organization design is a comprehensive document which used to guide the construction project activities of the whole process of technology, economy and organization , is the construction technology and construction project management organic combination of product, it can ensure the construction project started after the event orderly, efficient, reasonable scientific.
This topic selected the project of the Nanjing Jiangning large residential projects, select the 5# high-rise residential building for the preparation of construction organization design. The project construction site located in the cell center position. The main structure is the reinforced concrete shear wall structure. Through the construction organization design of six chapters of the preparation, the comprehensive consideration of the proposed project specific construction condition, foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses proposed site reasonable construction scheme, determine the construction methods , reasonable co-ordination of the preparation of construction schedule and construction programs.

1.1 编制说明
本工程为南京江宁世贸梦享家住宅项目，主要结构类型为钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构，地上11层，地下1层，建筑总面积为7979.13m。本工程为二类高层建筑，建筑高度31.90m，地上1~11层住宅层高2.9m，地下室层高3.8m。根据工程图纸与国家相关规范编制施工组织设计方案，编制的施工组织设计主要用于工程现场施工的标准和依据，施工发生特殊情况时，需结合工程具体情况进行编制修改相关施工方案。
