1 引言：项目概况
本项目位于上海市浦东新区宁桥路。根据甲方提供的任务要求及设计总图、周边环境建筑图，要求在现有地块上完成各研发楼的单体设计。要求与周围环境相互协调，并具有自己研发楼的设计风格。
本项目性质为整块地块的总体布局，拟建设四幢建筑，规划用地总面积约1.5万平方米。图为基地现状图。

2 项目现状调研与分析
2.1 调研与分析
苏州工业园区是中国和新加坡两国政府的合作项目，开创了中外经济技术互利合作的新形式。1994年2月11日，国务院下达了《开发建设苏州工业园区有关问题的批复》。2月26日，在李鹏总理和吴作栋总理的见证下，李岚清副总理和李光耀资政分别代表中新两国政府在北京签署了合作开发建设苏州工业园区的协议。同年5月12日，苏州工业园区破土启动，外经贸部批准苏州市开发公司与新加坡开发财团组建合资公司，从事工业园区内的土地开发经营，合资期限30年。从2001年1月1日起，中、新双方在合资公司的股份从原来的35%和65%调整为65%和35%，中方成为大股东并承担管理权。
苏州工业园区吸收了国内外开发区的成功经验，又有自身的显著特点：苏州工业园区第一，它是中国和新加坡两国政府签署协议兴办的国际合作项目；第二，园区的行政管理由中方全权负责，成片开发由中新合资的开发公司负责，对外招商引资由中新共同负责；第三，国务院同意在苏州工业园区自主地、有选择地借鉴新加坡经济发展和公共管理方面的经验。
