摘要：随着BIM技术的迅速发展，以工程项目为主体的建筑行业，其开发方，设计方，施工方等各个建筑工程参与方开始广泛应用与推广BIM技术。目前BIM的应用主要集中在设计阶段和施工阶段，但也有一部分运用于工程造价管理阶段，并有良好的发挥，BIM信息的统合能力使得我们的成本控制工作变得更加的直观，精确。此次毕业设计，我们通过莲花公寓BIM信息模型的建立，使用了广联达算量软件（GCL），广联达计价软件（GBQ）对莲花公寓的造价进行了较为精确的估算，有效的实现可成本控制。由此可见，BIM技术应用与工程造价是本行业发展的主流趋势。工程造价将进行全过程管理的发展新时代。58200

Abstract: with the rapid development of BIM technology to engineering project as the main body of the construction industry, its developer pide, the designer, contractor, and other project participants began to wide application and promotion of BIM technology. At present the application of BIM mainly concentrated in the design stage and construction stage, but there are also part of applied in engineering cost management stage, and has the good play, the coherence of BIM information make our cost control work become more intuitive, accurate. The graduation design, we through the establishment of the lotus apartment BIM information model, USES the visionbank software to calculate quantity (GCL), visionbank of invoicing software (GBQ) on lotus apartment an accurate estimate of the cost of, the implementation of effective cost control. Thus, application of BIM technology and engineering cost is the mainstream of development trend in the industry. The project cost will manage the whole process of development of a new era.
