Abstract The construction organization design is building construction organization, is the core and soul of construction of the project process and proposes the concept of the arrangement, used to guide the construction project activities of the whole process technology, economy and organization of comprehensive files.

 Construction organization design is a programmatic document of the project construction. When the overall arrangement, construction, construction preparation, main pisions component project construction method, engineering quality assurance measures, safety and civilized construction measures, the construction management measures, and many other factors to consider as fully as possible, outstanding scientific, applicability and targeted, is to make sure the high quality, low cost, safety, civilization, the completion of all the important task of economic construction technical documents.

This design includes the following content: the Chinese and English abstract, the project survey, the construction deployment and the total plane arrangement, the time limit for a project pledged and guarantees the time limit for a project deadline the measures governing technical organization, the construction technology plan, the quality pledge and the guarantee measure, the safe guarantee measure, the main material construction fitting plan, the main mechanical device supply plan, the civilized project measure, the construction technology measure.
