摘要在我国,随着经济的不断发展和城市化步伐的加快,地下空间已经作为极其重要的自然资源进行开发,因此,对地下工程的开挖要求愈来愈高,深基坑支护已经成为我国建筑工程的热点问题之一。本文结合镇江御带河花园地下室基坑支护进行支护方案设计,主要工程如下:50813

⑴简要说明目前常用的基坑支护结构形式和适用条件。

⑵分析该项工程的特点,确定支护结构形式。场地西侧是住宅楼,要求基坑等级较高。基坑东侧道路安全运行对基坑变形要求较高。综合考虑以上的因素,确定支护总体的方案为钻孔灌注桩+一道混凝土支撑结构形式。

⑶采用理正深基坑支护的设计软件进行支护结构计算,包括桩身的弯矩、剪力,支护结构变形、稳定、坑底隆起验算。根据单元计算确定的支撑力,进一步设计水平支撑截面尺寸和配筋。

⑷绘制施工图,包括基坑支护环境平面图、支护结构平面布置图、基坑支护剖面图及节点大样图。

⑸明确支护结构形式的施工工艺要求,针对基坑周边环境保护要求,确定基坑监测报警值和监测要求。

 Abstract

In our country, with the development of city construction and economy, the underground space is developed as the most important natural resources, especially in the densely populated and the traffic of the city, therefore, the excavation of underground engineering requirements increasingly high. Deep foundation pit support has become one of the hot issues of construction engineering in China. This paper design foundation pit support for Zhenjiang Yudai River Garden basement, and the main works are as follows:

⑴ Introduce the common foundation pit support structure form and its application conditions.

⑵ Based on engineering characteristics, the supporting structures are determined. The west is residential buildings, which have higher level of foundation. And east side road have higher requirements on foundation pit deformation. Considering the above factors, bored pile with one concrete inner supporting structure are adopted.

⑶ Supporing structure unit is calculated by Lizheng deep foundation pit support design software, including the pile bending moment, shear force, the deformation of the retaining structure, as well as the stability checking. According to the support force calculation result, the horizontal support section size and reinforcement are further designed.

⑷ Draw construction graph, including the surrounding environment, supporting structure layout, support structure section and drawing large node.

⑸ Introduce the construction technology requirements. The monitoring value and requirements are also determined according to environmental protection requirement.
