摘要本工程是华南大学教学楼，为多层钢筋混凝土框架结构，共七层，层高3.9米，建筑物总高度为27.3米。本工程主要运用民用建筑设计原理和构造的基础知识，建筑施工图的设计方法和步骤，绘制和识别建筑施工图的基本技能。同时在结构设计中，根据《荷载规范》，正确计算作用框架上的荷载值；并使用框架结构的内力分析方法，根据控制截面的不利内力值和截面的尺寸进行配筋和节点构造设计。同时通过PKPM结构计算软件的进行验算。50882

本次课程设计，综合运用了大学所学的专业课知识，综合检验了大学学习的所有收获与成果。

Abstract

This project is a city in a technology block floor Huanan-university  reinforced concrete frame structure.A total of five,storey 3.9  meters.Total building height of 27.3 meters.

Basic knowledge of the project mainly by civil building design principle and structure, design methods and steps of building construction plans, the basic skills of drawing and identification of construction graph. At the same time in the structural design, according to the "load code", the correct calculation of load on the framework; internal force analysis method and the use of frame structure, design of reinforcement and node structure according to the unfavorable internal control section and section size. At the same time through the PKPM structure calculation software for checking.

  华南大学教学楼设计

该工程为华北地区某高校中型教学楼，批准建筑面积约10000平方米，占地面积约1500m2，该工程位于校园主要干道路边，层数及立面处理均应按照城市规划要求，建筑主要层数为七层，局部可五或七层。层高应适合使用要求.
