摘要工程为一住宅楼公寓设计，一共六层，总建筑面积为4200平方米，工程地点在郊区，设计使用年限为50年。采用钢筋混凝土框架结构，平面布置比较灵活，受力良好，梁柱和楼板均为现浇。该地区地震设防烈度7度，框架为三级抗震。设计共分为两个部分：第一部分为建筑设计部分，包括工程概况、设计依据等内容；第二部分为结构设计部分，包括结构布置、确定结构计算简图、荷载计算等内容；第三部分为基础设计；最后一部分为楼梯设计。51278

Abstract This project is a total of six layer residential building design. The first layer is a layer of built on stilts. It is total construction area of 4200 square meters. The project site in the suburb of jiangsu and design life of 50 years. Reinforced concrete frame structure is adopted. the layout is flexible, good stress, beam column and floor are cast in place. The seismic fortification intensity 6 degrees, framework for the four grade earthquake. Design is pided into four parts: the first part is the part of architectural design, including the general situation of the engineering, design basis and so on; second part is the structural design, including the structural layout, determine the structure calculation diagram, load calculation and so on. The third part is the basis of design. The last one is design of stairs.
