摘要本工程为江科大学生公寓设计。按使用功能将建筑分为4层。标高15.0m。总建筑面积3060m2。本建筑物防火等级二级，抗震设防烈度7度。

本工程结构设计采用框架结构，结构计算按横向框架承重分析。内力计算考虑以下四种荷载作用，即水平地震作用下的内力，竖向荷载作用下的内力，重力荷载设计值作用下的内力及风载作用下的内力，并对以上四个内力进行内力组合。在进行截面抗震设计时，柱按单偏压构件计算，为保证延性框架要“强剪弱弯，强柱弱梁，强节点弱构件强锚固”的设计原则，且满足构造要求。51295

Abstract This project is the design of student apartment of Jiangsu University of Science and Technology. According to the use function of the building is pided into 4. Elevation of 15.0m. The total construction area of 3060m2. The building fireproof grade two, seismic fortification intensity of 7 degrees.     

    The design of engineering structures using frame structure, calculation and Analysis on the crosswise frame load-bearing structure. Internal force calculation to consider the following four kinds of loads, the internal force under the horizontal earthquake action, the vertical load of the internal forces, the design value of gravity load under the action of forces load internal force and under wind action, and the combination of internal forces of more than four internal force. In the section of seismic design, single column is calculated by a biasing member, in order to ensure ductile frame to "strong shear-weak bending, strong column and weak beam, the design principle of strong joint and weak member strong anchoring", and to meet the requirements of construction.
