摘要随着我国经济的迅速发展，我国的建筑业也不断发展壮大,使我们对大型建筑工程项目的质量和风险管理的要求也不断提高。目前，有效的对工程进行风险管理，已经成为一个建筑企业赢利的重要话题。由于一些客观的历史条件和经济条件，我国目前对工程项目的风险管理的研究还相对比较薄弱。所以，我们需要结合我国国情向发达国家学习和借鉴并形成一套自己的风险管理体系。本文阐述了大型建筑工程项目和风险管理的特征，然后在市场经济条件下根据风险的特点对大型建筑工程项目的风险因素进行辨识、分析以及评价。最后研究大型建筑工程项目在施工过程中的风险的处理和应对措施。在此基础上对风险进行规避和转移，这样不仅能够尽可能多的取得工程利润，增加收益和降低成本，而且对提高我国工程项目的管理水平和投资效益具有十分重要的意义。52511

Abstract With the rapid development of our economy, our country's construction industry is also growing.
