摘要该设计建筑物的总建筑高度为 16.40m，长度为70.80m,宽度为 34.50m,总建筑面积 5193.57m2，共 4 层，建筑体型为倒T形。每层层高均为 3.6m，室内外高差为0.45m。该建筑物的设防烈度为7度，设计地震分组为第2组，设计地震加速度为0.10g，建筑场地类别为Ⅱ类。52575

结构方案采用框架结构。主要包括结构平面布置及计算简图确定、荷载计算、内力计算、内力组合、主梁截面设计和配筋计算、框架柱截面设计和配筋计算、楼板和屋面设计、楼梯设计、基础设计等。其中采用D值法计算在水平荷载作用下的结构内力；采用分配法计算竖向荷载（恒载和活载）作用下的结构内力。最后利用PKPM进行电算，将计算结果与计算书中计算的结果进行比较，分析出现差异的原因。

Abstract

The total construction of the building height is 16.40m, length 70.80m, width 34.50m, total construction area of 5193.57m2, a total of 4 layers, building size inverted T shape. On each storey of 3.6m, indoor and outdoor height difference of 0.45m. Fortification intensity of the building was 7 degrees, the site characterization cycle 0.10g construction site classification as ClassⅡ.

Structural design adopts frame structure. Main contents include: structural layout and schematic calculation of identification, load, stress, the combination of internal forces, main beam reinforcement design and calculation, frame-section design and reinforcement, meeting beam reinforcement design, floor and roof design, stair design, infrastructure design. Enclosing the internal force in the structure under the horizontal loads can be calculated by D value method and the determination of the internal force under the dead and live loads by moment distribution method. Finally PKPM electrically calculation, the calculation results calculated by the calculation of book compare the results, analyze reasons for differences.
