摘要轻钢门式刚架因为其重量轻、造价成本低、施工周期短,安装方便等优点,近些年在我国发展迅速。在本次设计的为某开发区电子元件生产车间,厂房形式采用单层轻型门式刚架的结构形式。厂房跨度36m,柱距7.5m。墙面维护结构由压型钢板墙板和墙架系统组成。围护结构现采用镀锌压型彩涂板。本次设计分为建筑设计和结构设计两部分。52582

建筑设计是根据整个工程的工程概况、生产工艺概况、自然条件、地理情况以及荷载情况来确定建筑设计方案并优化设计方案。建筑设计包括单层厂房平面设计、立面设计、剖面设计、采光通风设计、屋面排水设计、防腐防锈和防火设计等内容。其中,平面设计有平面形式的选择、柱网布置等;立面设计主要是门窗的布置形式;剖面设计主要是柱顶标高的确定等。

结构设计是本次设计的重点,其设计的原则是确保厂房的安全、适用、耐久,同时最好使得设计经济合理。结构设计的主要内容包括吊车梁设计、内力计算、内力组合、梁柱截面的选取和验算、节点设计、压型钢板设计、抗风柱设计、檩条设计、墙梁设计和基础设计等。

This design is pided into building design and structural design of two parts.

   Architectural design is based on the engineering general situation of the engineering general situation, production technology, natural conditions and geographical conditions and loading conditions to determine the building design and optimize design scheme. Architecture design including monolayer workshop plane design, elevation design, profile design, lighting and ventilation design, the roof drainage design, against corrosion and fire protection design etc. Among them, the plane design has the choice of the form of plane, column grid layout, etc.; The facade design mainly is the arrangement of doors and Windows; Profile design is mainly to determine the elevation of the pillars.

    Structural design is the focus of this design, its design principle is to ensure the safety of the plant, suitable and durable, and makes the best economic and reasonable design. Structure design including the design of crane beam, the main contents of the internal force calculation and internal force combination, selection and calculation of column section and beam section, node design, pressed steel plate design, wind resistance, purlin design, wall beam design and column design foundation design, etc.
