摘要本工程是张家港一大学教学楼。为多层钢筋混凝土框架结构。共五层,底层层高5.35米,其他层层高均为3.9米,女儿墙0.9米,建筑物总高为21.85米。整个设计包括建筑设计和结构设计两部分。

    建筑设计部分,首先根据建筑的使用功能确定建筑的初步布局,包括建筑体型及室内空间布置等,然后结合使用的材料、做法进一步确定具体尺寸和平、立面风格等。

    结构设计部分,首先根据建筑设计、工艺使用要求、材料供应情况及场地地质条件确定结构布置方案,然后选取一品框架进行设计计算。在明确计算简图的前提下,进一步确定框架承受的荷载,包括水平地震作用,恒载,活载,重力荷载代表值的计算,采用弯矩二次分配法计算竖向荷载作用下的内力。然后进行调幅,横向框架内力组合内力组合,根据强柱弱梁,强剪弱弯,进行组合值的调整。下一步进行梁柱截面设计,楼梯、板的设计,基础的设计。其中基础设计包括柱下独立基础和联合基础,最后进行电算,比较与手算的差别。52597

    在上述工作的中,需采用CAD绘制建筑图,用PKPM绘制结构施工图和进行电算。

Abstract  This project is the teaching building of a university in Zhangjiagang. It is a multi-layer reinforced concre frame structure. A total of five layers, the bottom layer of 5.35 meters high, other layers are 3.9 meters high, 0.9 meters of parapet, building a total height of 21.85 meters.The design includes architectural design and structural design of two parts.

  The architectural design part, first determine the initial layout of the building according to the use function of building, including building size and layout of the indoor space, and then use a combination of materials, practices further determine the specific size peace, elevation style.

  Structure design part, firstly according to the architectural design, process requirements, material supply and the site geological conditions to determine the layout of the structure, and then select a frame design calculation. In the explicit calculation diagram under the premise, further determining the frame under load, including the horizontal earthquake action, the dead load, live load, calculate the representative value of the gravity load, the vertical load calculation of internal forces the moment two methods of distribution. Then the amplitude, horizontal frame internal force combination of internal force combination, based on the strong column and weak beam, strong shear and weak bending, portfolio adjustment. The cross section of beam and column design the next step, staircase design, plate, foundation design. The basic design including the independent foundation and the foundation under the column, the computerization, compared with the hand count difference.
