摘要：本次毕业设计主要任务是运用BIM技术对社区大学A区大楼进行工程建模、工程预算、施工组织设计、模型虚拟建造等工作。运用Revit建模软件，广联达GCL土建算量软件，广联达GGJ钢筋算量软件对社区大学A区大学虚拟建模，运用广联达GBQ工程计价软件进行工程预算，运用Project软件进行施工组织设计，运用BIM 5D软件进行施工进度模拟。通过社区大学A区大楼的虚拟建设，研究其应用BIM技术的造价管理，与传统的造价管理进行对比，从而发现BIM技术对项目的造价管理的特点与优势。57218

Abstract：The graduation design main task is to use BIM technology was carried out on the community college area A building engineering modeling, budget, construction organization design, the model of virtual construction, etc. Using Revit modeling software, vision bank GCL civil engineering software to calculate the amount, vision bank of GGJ reinforced calculation amount on the software community university area A virtual modeling, using vision bank GBQ invoicing software engineering budget, using software Project construction organization design, construction progress with 5 d BIM software simulation.
