摘要:本设计为西安市某大型图书馆暖通空调设计,通过设计合理的空调系统为办公人员、读者提供舒适的环境。本设计结合西安市的自然条件和建筑物结构的实际情况,对该建筑物进行了夏、冬季以及过渡季节空调系统设计。该建筑主楼共地上六层,第一层至第五层层高为4.5m,第六层阁楼层为4.2m。总建筑面积41950m²,建筑总高度为26.7m。设计要求采用空调夏季制冷冬季供暖,并采用冷水机组制取冷冻水供冷,冬季采用换热器依靠市政热力网集中供热采暖。57341

经计算,本设计夏季总冷负荷1099.42kW,冬季总热负荷440.26kW。经过方案比较,确定空调系统的形式为一层样本书库、备用书库、业务用房、办公室等房间采用风机盘管加新风系统,二至六层采用全空气系统。

对室内送风方式与气流组织形式进行比较,选定上送下回的气流分布方式,送风口选用方形散流器顶送风及喷口送风。建筑总制冷量为2213.21kW,选用四台LSBLG/740M螺杆式冷水机组,三用一备。冷冻水供回水温度分别为7℃、12℃。在负荷计算时考虑了人员在室率以及照明设备的使用百分比,对风管系统与水管系统进行保温、减震、及消声处理。

Air Conditioning System Design of A University Library in Xi'an

Abstract:This air conditioning system is designed for a library in Xi’an providing a comfortable environment for readers and workers in it. The natural conditions in Xi’an and the actual structure of the building are considered in the design, so that the system can take effect in winter and summer as well as the transition season. There are 6 floors in the main building of the library The height of the 1st to 5th floors is 4.5 m, while the 6th floor is 4.2 m. The total construction area of the library is 41950m² and the total height is 26.7 m. In the design, central screw water chillers are used to provide the chilling water for air conditioning in summer. In winter, the central heating system is used to keep rooms warm.

By calculation, the total cooling loads is 1099.42 kW in the summer, and the total heating loads is 440.26 kW in the winter. After comparing among several precepts, determine the form if air conditioning system is that sample stacks, backup rooms ,business rooms, offices in the first floor are adopted the fan-coil plus fresh air system; second to sixth floors put to use the all air system. The first floor adopts fan coil plus fresh air system are adopted at 1st floor. All.air conditioning systems are adopted in other floors. 

Comparing indoor air supply way with the form of airflow organization , select the air flow distribution that send the air from the top of the proof and then the air return to the bottom of the wall. air supply outlet choose square diffuseness which send the air from the top of the roof and spout which send the air from the side. The total refrigeration capacity of the building is 2213.21 kW , and chooses four screw chillers, three work and another be put into reserve. The temperature of the supply chilled water is 7 ℃, and the return chilled water is 12 ℃.The rate of person in the room and the using rate of lighting equipment are considered in the load calculation. The duct and pipe system of thermal insulation, shock absorption and noise elimination also be considered. The problem like thermal insulation, shock absorption and noise elimination also be considered in the duct and pipe system design.
